How do I change my password if I forgot the old one?

Follow the steps below to set a new password if you've forgotten your old one:

• Click on the blue "Login" button

• On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?"

• Insert the email address you want to reset the password for and press Next - a confirmation message will be displayed at the bottom of the screen - the reset will be done by accessing you email inbox

• Press the "Reset password" button from the email you rececived, and choose "Parents", so that the application will automatically open in the password reset page 

• Fill in the new password in the first box, retype the new password in the second box, then click Done

(click on the gray eye to the right of each field to unhide and check if you wrote them correctly)
