Can I watch the program if I don't have an internet connection?

Follow these steps if you want to watch program episodes while you don't have an internet connection.

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  
  
• Go to "Library" and open the program you want to watch
  
  
• Open the chapter you're interested in, expand the chapter and tap on the download icon to the right of each episode. Once an episode has been successfully downloaded, the icon will become blue

• You might first have to allow the app access to your phone's media folder, before the episodes can start downloading 

• Once you've finished downloading the episodes, disconnect your internet. You will find your downloaded episodes at the top of the screen, next to the search icon

• You can now start watching the episodes while offline. Your progress will be saved and updated once back online
